Its the start of my 6th wedding season and here is the first wedding of 2012; Heidi & Paul. A great service at St Mary at Stoke Church in Ipswich and then off to Manor Farm in Henley, Suffolk to complete the day. The weather just held out long enough to capture some great photographs outside of the church and then a few more on arrival at All Manor of Events. Here are a select few photographs from the day. Let’s hope for better photography weather in May!

Open day at Vaulty Manor…

Its been a busy start to this season, with many enquiries coming through and lots of clients taking advantage of the 20% discount currently available on all standard packages.

I was at Vaulty Manor’s exclusive open day yesterday which was great. I met lots of potential couples and the feedback I received from everyone about my work that was on display was amazing! I really was overwhelmed. Especially the couples who had already booked photographers – they were just as complimentary as those who were ready to book!

Being locked behind a computer and in your own little world behind the camera 90% of the time doesn’t give you much of a chance to actually take in people’s reactions and thoughts to exactly what I produce and yesterday certainly was a massive shock to have so many people literally gasp in amazement when flicking though my albums. I thank all those who came and took the time to check out my work, I look forward to speaking to many of you in the near future.

Vaulty Manor Open Day…

Website Down…

Just a quick notice to inform everybody that the company who hosts my website had a server issue on Friday 24th February – Sunday 26th February 2012. As a result my website was down and I also lost access to me e-mail accounts. If anyone attempted to send an e-mail during this time it would have bounced. This means that I would have not received it. This is also means that anyone who tried to contact me via any of my online contact forms on the weddings, blog or portraits site would not have been received.

E-mails are always answered within 24 hours without fail. If you are still awaiting a reply this means I have not received your e-mail and I would politely ask you to resend.

Family Portrait Session in Suffolk

I hope everyone is find the new wedding website more informative! On the sites launch I had a record breaking 900 visitors in a single day! Many new enquiries came through as a result and I now only have more 4 booking slots available for weddings this year! If you are still looking for a photographer and would like to enquire about rates, please hurry as these last remaining dates don’t tend to last very long! I am going to be present at a number of wedding fairs this year and as the appointments work on a first come first serve basis, I expect to be booked for dates very quickly.

On to the update; as this time of year is particularly quiet for weddings I always have a number of family portrait sessions to fill the gap. Here is a few shots from the Debenham’s family’s shoot a week ago! The weathers brightening up nicely so get booked in before the wedding season kicks off!

New Website on the way!

Just a quick note to inform my current and future customers; I am very excited to
say that I have been creating a new wedding website and it is almost ready to
go live. I am currently in the process of the change over and as a result some
of the features of my main weddings website may be down for a short period of
time while everything is uploaded. This will affect all operational aspects of
the weddings site and client galleries.

The vast majority of the work is being carried out throughout the night to minimise
the inconvenience to my customers, however, some of this work cannot be done at
this time and will be happening during the daylight hours.

This work does not affect the Blog or Portraits websites.
